Shalom Mishpacha Chodesh Tov!
Blow the shofar on the new moon! At the time appointed on our solemn feast day. Psalm 81:4
May it be Thy will, יְהוָֹה, our God and God of our fathers, that You begin for us this month for good and for blessing. May You give to us long life, a life of peace, a life of goodness, a life of blessing, a life of sustenance, a life of physical health, a life in which there is fear of heaven and fear of sin, a life in which there is no shame or humiliation; a life of wealth and honor, a life in which we love Torah and fear Elohim; a life in which the יְהוָֹה fulfills the requests of our hearts for good. Amen. Selah.
Come! We will return to יְהוָֹה! For He has torn and He will heal us. He has smitten and He will bind us up. After two days, He will revive us. On the third day, He will raise us up and we will live in His sight. Then we will know if we follow on to know יְהוָֹה. His going forth is prepared as the morning, and He will come to us as the rain, as the latter and the former rain to the earth. Hosea
Abba though you have said You desire loving kindness and not sacrifice, and the acknowledgement of Elohim more that burnt offerings. I thank you Father for the opportunities to show acts of loving kindness and to show Your love to those who might not ever experienced Your unconditional love before. I thank You for the opportunity to pay loving kindness forward to those who “don’t deserve it, the same way I received and I “didn’t deserve it.” Abba, your Word also says If we love You we will keep Your commandments and You have commanded us to make a burnt offering on Rosh Chodesh. Numbers 28:15 And on your new moons you will offer a burnt offering To יְהוָֹה…
Let my prayers rise as incense, as a sweet savour to You to My King and the lifting up of my hands as the evening offering.
And let this spiritual burnt offering keep the fires in our House burning bright. Let this offering burn as miracle of oil on the feast of Rededication.
